Making Sense

Talk through anything with someone who’s been there

Making Sense Conversations are paid one to one conversations designed to help you think more clearly. They are not coaching, therapy, or consultancy in disguise. They are structured but informal conversations where you can talk things through properly with someone who listens well and asks useful questions.

People use them when they feel stuck, overloaded, or unsure about what comes next. It might be about work, identity, purpose, or a mix of all three. The value comes from having time, attention, and an outside perspective that helps separate what matters from what does not.

Sometimes one conversation is enough. Others return when they reach another point of uncertainty. Making Sense Conversations exist because most people do not need fixing, they just need help making sense of what is already there.

How It’s Different from Coaching or Mentoring

Unlike coaching, a Making Sense Conversation doesn’t follow a structured process or framework. There's no performance plan, action list, or accountability check-in unless you want one. And unlike mentoring, there’s no assumed hierarchy or long-term relationship.

This is a conversation between equals, shaped by your needs in the moment. You won’t be nudged, judged, or 'developed’, just listened to, engaged with, and offered honest reflections rooted in deep life and work experience.

It’s not about fixing you. It’s about hearing you with wisdom, discretion, and zero agenda.
